Monarto Safari Park – 2022

Monarto Safari Park, located approximately 60 minutes from the Adelaide CBD is the largest open-range safari experience outside of Africa and is home to more than 50 exotic and native species.

Medetec are proud to have donated a MyRay Hypersphere Intraoral Dental Xray System to Monarto Safari Park. Until this point in time, Zoos SA were sharing an Xray System between the Adelaide Zoo and Monarto Safari Park transporting the unit between sites. This was not only inefficient, but was presenting extra risk to the equipment.

The Xray System was installed to a mobile cart, which has made it easier for the team to move the unit around the Animal Health Centre as required. Clare Mansfield, Partnerships Coordinator for Zoos SA said, “On behalf of Zoos SA, we really appreciate the donation from Medetec. This will make treating animals of all shapes and sizes much more efficient for the Animal Health Centre team”.
